Located about 10 minutes south of Buncrana, Lisfannon Blue Flag Beach offers some of the most spectacular views of not only the majestic Lough Swilly, but also Rathmullan and Inch Island. Lisfannon Beach is also has a wide range of flora and fauna for people to see. There are lifeguards on duty, but only from June through September from 12pm until 6:30pm. The beach is perfectly safe to swim, and be sure to enjoy the views on a perfect, sunny day.
